Growth Opportunity with No Day The Same:

Every day is different working at Pro-Tow/Motorplex. We are not the typical towing company, or repair shop. Pro-Tow is our towing department, Motorplex is our repair shop, and Pro-Enviro is our spill response and cargo recovery department. We do a little bit of everything. We offer a very large variety of work that you will be doing. We have InShop work, OnSite Light Repair work, and Emergency response work. We maintain our own equipment, build some of our own equipment, and do work for outside commercial customers. and we combine that with growth opportunities that allow you to earn more as you learn to do more. We have locations in Auburn, Maple Valley, North Bend, and Spokane, WA.

Compensation and Financial Opportunity:

While you should choose where you choose to work on areas other than money, you will find that our wage structure and compensation is well above our industry standards and allows you to earn as much as you are motivated to earn and allows for you to control your own wage increases immediately.

Who Are We:

Founded in 1993, we are company large enough to pay very well and offer great benefits, but small enough you can contact the owner 24/7. What We Do

We tow and recover cars, trucks, semis, RVs, and just about anything that needs to be towed. We fix heavy trucks, RVs, and fleet vehicles. We perform spill response, cargo recovery, and load services. There is no day the same on our team. While not everything we do we truly love, nonetheless, we get to do what we do, and we hope you do too.

Skills We Are Looking For

• Mechanical skills and personal tools.
• Prior towing experience is an asset, but not expected.
• Like to get dirty, work outside, run equipment, and serve others.
• The ability to learn and master the ins-and-outs of a diverse range of equipment and jobs.
• On-the-job experience running heavy equipment such as cranes, hydraulics, etc.
• The ability and/or experience to work long, irregular hours in all weather doing tasks that can be physically demanding.

Things That Will Make You Stand Out:

Opportunities exists for multi-talented team members within all our company's divisions. Therefore, having some of these assets will give you more opportunities in the company, with financial incentives to match.

• Commercial Driver's License, or willingness to obtain. We are registered CDL training provider.
• Military training and experience.
• Great with your hands, and like to get dirty.
• Organized and like to have clean and operational equipment.
• Having some of your own tools is great, but not required.
• Willingness to try new things.
• Like to feel needed and skilled to get the job done.
• Feel the reward of helping/serving another person and doing a job well.
• Training and experience that is transferable and applicable to our work.

Requirements:

• A clean or near-clean driving record that will meet our insurance requirements.
• Must not use drugs (including marijuana at all, in any method, and have not anytime within the last 6 months) and cannot consume alcohol during working or on-call hours.
• Must meet WSP criminal background check standards.
