Material Handler Shift Lead at a manufacturing company in Sioux Falls, SD.

Shift: Monday-Wednesday 7pm-7am, Thursday 7pm-1am.

JOB DUTIES
- Lead by example.
- Give direction to employees.
- Monitor production lines for quality issues.
- Shut down machines as needed.
- Contact management with production issues.
- Operate forklift successfully.
- Add materials to machines to keep production running.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Uphold company policies and procedures during assigned shift.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
- Works well with others and a team player.
- Enjoys fast-pace environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Detailed and organized.
- Dedicated, dependable as well as good attendance.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., multi-task, and work independently
