We are looking for experience part-time or full-time Massage Therapists to join our team and provide high-quality massage services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for massage therapy and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Massage Therapist will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing massage treatments that are tailored to each client's specific needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently, and a dedication to providing the best possible care for each client.
We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Pleasant Hill, CA.
Licensed Massage Therapists earn competitive wages per treatment with increased pay for advanced modalities, gratuity, and eligible for bonuses and sale commissions.
Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our massage therapists to offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatments. Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, hot stone, himalayan salt stone, sports, and maternity massages. We also offer massage enhancements including CBD and Hypervolt to increase the guest experience and results. In-house training provided for your benefit. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, body wraps, and much more!

Responsibilities:
- Perform massage therapy treatments to clients.
- Assess clients' medical history and physical condition to determine appropriate massage techniques.
- Provide clients with information about different massage techniques and their benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow safety protocols for the use of massage equipment and products.
