Marketing Manager

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is at the forefront of creative initiatives, designing and implementing a portfolio of marketing campaigns and strategy to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Benchmarking and creating overall RSCI Marketing Strategy and annual plan (Digital, Social, Web, Print, PR, lead generation, advertising and Collateral) based on the needs of the organization in line with company objectives and corporate identity
- Oversee development, design and execution for all social media and print/digital communications
- Optimize website for usability and driving traffic
- Responsible for ensuring that all collateral, content, and programs effectively drive sales performance and always reflect our brand standards
- Support and driving sales and lead generation efforts and objectives
- Assist in researching, identifying and managing outsourced marketing vendor and relationships
- Oversee and executes corporate marketing initiatives per The Raymond Corporation
- Organize corporate events and all planning and advertising efforts associated
- Philanthropy Coordination and all communication associated with them
- Assist in creating content and design for select presentations given by Exec Group
- Collaborate with HR and Executive team to drive internal communications throughout all of RSCI
- Coordinate with group on physical facility design, including signs, décor
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Create and maintains marketing department budget
- Be willing to manage additional marketing personnel as added in the future
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year University; Marketing, Business, or related degree, preferred
- 5-7+ years’ experience in Marketing, B2B preferred
- Industry experience preferred: Material Handling, Supply chain, Logistics or 3PL
- Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Proficient in web content management systems
- CRM or (Customer Relationship Management tools)
- Must have thorough understanding of online marketing tactics and execution
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Be willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately with a degree of flexibility
- Maintain a professional attitude in all matters
- Self-confident and able to work with minimum supervision
- Willing to assume more responsibility as required
