911 Health is searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Assist in developing and implementing the companys overall brand strategy

  • Utilizes internal and external resources to create, drive and ensure delivery of outbound elements of the marketing plan (direct mail campaigns, digital marketing channels, events/trade shows/seminars and online presence). In conjunction with Senior Director of Outreach, , determine the messaging, content and image of all external communications to customers

  • Maintains the company websites and social media pages. Creates content and develops graphics for website, email blasts, direct mail pieces, social media, newsletters and presentations.

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

  • Monitors, tracks and analyzes marketing campaign results and website traffic.

  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends

  • Assist with oversight of marketing-related vendors and contractors. Creates, researches and enlists appropriate vendors and contractors for deliverables.

  • Support Outreach & Business development with marketing collaboration as needed.

  • Support Outreach & Business development leaders at 911 Health at relevant healthcare related shows and conferences, based on business needs and outreach strategies.

  • Increase brand awareness of 911 Health by community outreach and attend events, host pop up events as needed for promotion.

  • Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members

  • Planning, coordinating and participating in telephone, email and in-person outreach campaigns, clinical site tours, health fairs, community-based activities, site-based events, and other field marketing activities.

  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets;

  • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.

  • Stay well informed about the healthcare industry in the Los Angeles and orange county market

  • Synthesize and share feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform future marketing and outreach strategies.

  • Provide ongoing support to the business development team by assisting with collateral design, internal events, external events, and other ongoing initiatives.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and planning activities.

  • Maintain social media.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, public relations, journalism or related field, preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, media, event management, public relations or journalism fields

  • Proficiency in the use of photography, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and all Microsoft Office Applications preferred. Video editing skills preferred.

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in coordination and oversight of internal and external events, both large and small in scope.

  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, including exceptional writing and editing skills as well as strong presentation skills.

  • Must be skilled in marketing and advertising techniques.

  • Must demonstrate a strong customer service orientation

  • Must demonstrate agility to learn computer software quickly and effectively. Must possess strong organizational, project and time management, problem-solving, research and analytical skills.
