This is a creative position that develops original content within the health system's brand and voice for a host of applications and audiences. Creating content isn't just writing - this position captures video, takes photos and keeps the audience top-of-mind in creating content. Interactions with patients, clinicians and others is frequent. This position assists in quality control, reviewing other content developers' work (including freelancers), maintaining brand and style.

Excellent proofreading, editing and concept development skills.

Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Functions

Area of Responsibilities

Working within Tanner's tone and brand, the content coordinator advances the organization's business strategy by creating and disseminating original content - under supervision, through social media posts, print ads and press releases, videos, blogs and more. Receptive to experienced direction on SEO-relevant content for newsletters, blogs, eblasts, news posts and more.

Works under guidance from marketing and content strategy colleagues to create and launch content relevant to ongoing and upcoming campaigns. Deploys content through established social media accounts - including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and more - working through each's advertising infrastructure to create ads, boost content and schedule posts.

Conducts interviews with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand and realize the content necessary to achieve specific strategic goals.

Advances content strategies as assigned to achieve the most cost-effective content for the organization.

Assists on campaign teams for the creation of content relative to a host of applications, including drafting and creating web pages within the CMS, creating original graphics, scheduling social posts, taking pictures and video and mapping journeys within the CRM.

Employee performs within the prescribed limits of Tanner Health System's Ethics and Compliance program. Is responsible to detect, observe, and report compliance variances to their immediate supervisor, the Compliance Officer, or the Hotline.
