Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-
Builds automated campaigns to drive scalable customer onboarding, feature adoption, new user growth, and business purchasing utilizing text and email communication channels.

Responsible for the creation of workflows to enable the automation of email and text communications with Redstone members.

Creates templates and builds emails and text messages within Adobe Campaign based on approved designs.
-
Works closely with Data Science and Marketing teams to manage the day-day performance of Adobe Campaign.
-
Analyzes data and metrics regarding campaign performance, and provides suggestions for optimization and improvement, reports to management and senior staff as necessary.

Develops plans to meet the requirements of campaigns based on data analysis.

Analyzes marketing program opportunities and campaign outcomes to increase business unit market segment and meet Credit Union goals.

Manages project deadlines and ensure that assigned work is completed on time and within budget.

Work closely with the Redstone design team to development and implement templates, ensuring consistency with the Credit Union style guide.

Interacts with other departments and vendors to research, resolve problems and provide requested information.

Actively drives the daily operations of project tracking, scheduling, and information sharing for a high volume and broad variety of projects.

Monitors marketing automation infrastructure, identify gaps and recommend enhancements

Executes best practices around the customer-use experience to drive user engagement, increased responses and click through usage.

Stay current on industry best practices through external benchmarking, conferences and other thought leadership forums

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements

Required - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or closely related field.

Preferred - AEM related certification.
Experience Requirement
-
Required - 4 Years - Experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
-
Required - 3 Years - Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign.
-
Required - 2 Years - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, Omniture, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
-
Required - Proven success with a marketing automation platforms.
-
Required - Portfolio of launched sites, email campaigns and/or advertising samples.
Skills/Abilities
-
Solid understanding of Responsive Design methodologies, latest design technologies, site performance, and development trends.
-
Familiarity with website design and development workflow including wireframes, comps and usability studies with a focus on user-experience and results-driven design.

Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sense for clean visual design and ability to create response-driven creative material.
-
Provide guidance in the resolution of complex problems utilizing advanced knowledge and experience within areas of responsibility.

Promote and foster excellent member service and teamwork throughout department.

Communicate in a professional manner and deliver information clearly and effectively. Actively listen to questions, opinions and ideas of others. Use tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations.

Learn and apply information, on a wide range of Credit Union products, services and regulatory compliance requirements.
