Key Candidate Proficiencies and Role Responsibilities:
-New business development
o Enjoys calling on clients and deepening relationships by delivering various aspects of our client outreach plan
o Comfortable calling to set up meeting times for existing clients and will have an easy, natural, friendly communication style
o Can understand and apply our ideal client and target market profiles in qualifying and prioritizing new potential connections
o Proactively looks for new opportunities and potential connections
- Community presence and involvement
o Is community minded and enjoys supporting local events and causes
o Approaches opportunities with an eye for both impact and brand-consistent visibility
o Forges strong community partnership through a friendly, professional and capable approach
- Media relations, including press, social media, PR and website
o Has outstanding written communication skills, including writing and editing
o Is savvy and interested in creating and managing social media content and messaging
o Is highly organized and capable of managing and overseeing detailed event execution
- Supporting a world-class client and team experience
o Is a natural care-taker, seeing opportunities to acknowledge, support and celebrate the life milestones and daily contributions of/ for our team and clients, which includes, but is not limited to:
o § Maintaining and planning against key dates for the practice
o § Sending gifts to clients for babies, house-warmings, illness, etc. (and maintaining gift log)
o § Coordinating / leading team events
o § Coordinating / leading client events
Platinum level client service orientation and strong, professional communication skills are a must.
Salary - $65,000 - $80,000.00
