Job Overview
As a member of the marketing team, you would assist with the execution of the Safety, Regulatory and Quality Technology Solutions business unit’s marketing plans and lead development of initiatives targeting specific marketing audiences. The Safety, Regulatory and Quality (SRQ)Technology Solutions business unit is a global, highly dynamic, and strategic entity within IQVIA that consists of 1200 colleagues. We are a passionate team that is committed to improve safety in healthcare and life sciences. Having a laser focus on innovative technologies, our solutions are driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to accelerate drug safety/pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and quality transformation within life sciences. Essential Functions
- Working within a highly matrixed organization, develop comprehensive, cohesive and measurable marketing plans.
- Collaborating with business leaders, other corporate function teams, Global Marketing Market Development, Global Marketing Shared Services and external personnel (suppliers and customers) to deliver seamless implementation of customer-centric marketing strategies.
- Execute marketing activities associated with the planning and management of meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
- Manage internal logistics to ensure marketing initiatives comply with IQVIA processes and guidelines.
- Ensure all marketing activities serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
- Identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Serve as the communication lead for information on SRQ Tech-specific marketing activities & campaigns for business units across the enterprise and different geographies.
- Track marketing program success, ROI and associated spend (annual marketing budget).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content management and social medial marketing
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
- Good understanding of the use of the IQVIA offering in the customer environment strongly preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
