The Wig Fairy is a wig salon for woman going through hair loss & a full service salon for all human hair wigs. (Chemo, Alopecia, Trichotillomania, genetic etc)

The Brave Program is a nonprofit organization and partner to The Wig Fairy that also caters to the hair loss community. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

We are looking to add a member to our Marketing team, some responsibilities include:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the salon
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventory sheets
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events (traditional or digital campaigns)
• Prepare and deliver promotional campaigns
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Fundraising
• Event Planning
• Creating content
• Influencer outreach
• Work with Management to create ways to raise funds and promote the salon
• Coordinate and collaborate with the internal business development team to review pipeline, address challenges, present solutions, and provide ongoing marketing support to ensure company growth
• Analyze internal and external target market data to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
• Create fun, educational & interactive videos for social media (Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube

Required Skills

• Must be familiar with Shopify
• Must be tech savvy
• Must know how to edit photos and videos

Great position for someone that already has a social media platform and or is looking into a career in Marketing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
