Marketing & Research Associate

Job Overview

The Marketing & Research Associate will be supporting the management and sales team by maintaining marketing timelines, updating press release contacts, building email/contacts lists, creation of written and multimedia materials, including but not limited to printed materials, press releases, presentations, newsletters, brochures, flyers, emails and videos. All materials produced are to follow brand guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

· Creative and Innovative

· Sound understanding of Marketing Principles and new technologies

· Experience in visual/graphic design, marketing and communications

· Technical Skills in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel

· Working knowledge of photo / video production and print production

· Excellent proofing and editing abilities

· Ability to manage projects and coordinate events in conjunction with Office Manager, Director of Sales and Executive Managing Director

· Helps in the production of videos and photos that support marketing efforts.

· Ability to learn employer specific software systems

Education & Experience

· Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business or equivalent experience

· 1-2 year marketing, advertising, public relations, or online marketing experience

· Experience working in a real estate brokerage firm preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,075.97 - $52,000.00 per year
