Michiganja is a locally owned and operated cannabis company with locations in White Cloud and Cedar Springs. We sell cannabis flower the way it was meant to be bought – deli style. We weigh all our flower fresh in front of the customer, showcasing a variety of strains from small local growers and processors. $14/hr Part Time

16 hours and 12/20 hours

Monday - Thursday closing shift availability

Saturday 9am-1pm, every other Sunday

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Retail Sales Experience: 1 year
• No previous budtender experience required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check in compliance with CRA standards
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to correctly use POS and learn new programs
• Excellent stress management/composure skills
• Able to work in a team environment

Budtender Responsibilities: Greet customers upon arrival, assist customers with choice of marijuana flower and related marijuana infused products, maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, confirm containers contain appropriate products, print and affix labels at point of sale, keep menus up to date, cash handling and operate dispensary point of sale.

Inventory Responsibilities: Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed product and supplies, verifying receipt, removing outdated product, maintain proper storage and security conditions as per established policies and procedures, follow the packaging and labeling policy in compliance with state law.

Receptionist Responsibilities: Answers phone, greets patients, and enters customer data into system. Verify customer identification cards authorizing them to receive marijuana products in compliance with state law, and assist patient check-in.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
