Job description
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for shipping and receiving product and materials, washing finished product, and performance of entry level production tasks.

Essential Job Functions
- Prepare all orders for shipment per sales order and serial number verification.
- Pull, inspect, and package parts for shipment per sales order.
- Build, package, and crate finished product for shipment per sales order using appropriate
- Receive, unpack, and issue materials and goods to appropriate location through defined
- Sort, count, and check materials and goods received against bills of lading,
- Load and unload raw material and finished product per sales order.
- Place raw material into appropriate storage racks.
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory maintenance as needed.
- Build kits per work order and deliver to final assembly.
- Wash finished product per quality standard.
- Meet all company quality standards and follow defined SOP’s.
- Regular, in-person attendance due to necessary teamwork and personal interactive
- Overtime is a mandatory condition of employment and frequent in this position.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Competencies)
- Understanding of manufacturing tools and their proper use.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability and willingness to follow directions while working independently.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to operate various Powered Industrial Vehicles.
Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
