Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of duties for customer contracts; including negotiating contract terms, preparing contracts, contract review, evaluating bids, and researching current regulations
- Perform a range of duties for vendor contracts; including review and negotiate terms and conditions of business contracts, master service agreements, evaluate insurance requirements
- Assist with review and evaluation of employment contracts as necessary related to non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
- Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements are written in language that is legally binding and in accordance with the desires of the company
- Review customer purchase orders to confirm compliance with quoted pricing, and terms of sales and ensure that all required order elements are accurately entered into the ERP system and are processed in accordance with the procedures and instructions
- Assist is ensuring fulfillment of the terms of or to terminate contracts on mutually amicable terms
- Ensure through audits that contracts are in compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency, maintain record of all contracts and agreements and ensure they remain current
- Coordinate as needed with key stakeholders in all divisions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
Familiar with and comfortable working in a 100% virtual environment
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
Able to demonstrate critical thinking and analysis skills for analysis of contracting data, trends, recommendations for corrective action
Other Requirements:
Primary office location is remote
Travel required (10-20%)
