Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) located in Hazelton, PA. This position will have oversight for the Clinical Nutrition Programs at the LVHN hospitals in Hazleton, East Stroudsburg, Pottsville, Dickson City and Carbon. LVHN has a robust Clinical Nutrition team with great support for their Dietitians and CNMs.

The successful candidate will:

• manage the clinical nutrition program within LVHN's hospitals in Hazleton, East Stroudsburg, Pottsville, Dickson City and Carbon;
• supervise a team of 10 dietitians;
• advocate to expand and promote the role of Clinical Nutrition throughout the facility;
• collaborate with the food service management team;
• foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development;
• proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders that is integral to moving efforts of the department forward; and
• drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for Dietitians who will:

• be a Registered Dietitian with acute care experience and demonstrate a great clinical knowledge base;
• have proven supervisory or management experience with an aptitude for program growth and development;
• demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills; and
• have experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness and review, and establishing and maintaining standards of care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
