SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring marketing initiatives and projects. As a lead member of the marketing team, this role will support the Marketing Director in strategic and tactical marketing execution. The individual must be a selfstarter who is data-driven and works well in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Manages the development and implementation of marketing and projects and initiatives from ideation to completion.
  • Develops and manages marketing workflows to track the progress of projects and initiatives.
  • Conducts KPI analysis and own reporting standard to strategy development, campaign optimization and establish best practices.
  • Supervises integrated marketing communication initiatives, assigns tasks, and oversees work quality to hit deadlines.
  • Monitors marketing channel mix to support engagement goals and objectives.
  • Supports corporate communication, public relations, and brand strategy through the development of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Conducts market research to establish customer trends and habits.
  • Provides creative direction for marketing assets and ensures materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Develops and expands GICFs digital presence through website, social media/content calendar, email, advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.
  • Leads the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, for both traditional and digital mediums
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are required for this position.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including communications, SEO, paid advertising, social media, community relations, and event management.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager along with The Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelors degree in marketing or communications preferred, or closely related experience. Five (5) to seven (7) years of marketing experience in a corporate, or non-profit environment or recent graduate with internship experience.

Math Ability:

Level 3: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software, analytics software.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities but no subordinate supervisors.

Purchasing Authority Level - Managers/Coordinators

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).

Language Ability:

Level 4: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.

Reasoning Ability:

Level 4: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
