Position Duties - Open store - Interview, Hire and Terminate of employees - Complete all paperwork associated with the hiring process - Complete computer Training for new employees - Maintain training for new employees - Repair any issues that come up and (or) call Area Manager if can't finish - Maintain and Manage Core Values and Responsibilities - Handle customer complaints appropriately - Maintain food cost, labor and increase sales - Respond to all Guest Satisfaction and Contact Us forms from online - Complete Closing Checklist every night to make sure store is ready to open in the morning - Maintain high quality of food items - Maintain high standards of customer service by all employees - Handle any scheduling issues that may arise - Discipline employees that have not followed company procedures and policies - Maintain cleanliness and food safety guidelines to ensure high scores on health inspections - Responsible for creating, assigning and completion of detailed cleanliness list Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
