In the role of Manager, Financial Analytics you will be a key part of the Kellogg Company’s success. Working as part of our GR-R-REAT Finance organization, you will identify, lead and own operational efficiency initiatives, growth opportunities, and cost-saving strategies. You’ll also act as an advisor to business leadership on financial matters and provide input into business decisions from a financial perspective. Essentially, this is a key development opportunity for a goal-oriented and passionate finance leader with an entrepreneurial, innovative mind-set, strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

• Subject Matter Expert – Bring your consultative cap to the office because in this role you’ll be the subject matter expert and work with our team to build analytical capabilities and drive automation in our financial processes. Our success is shaped by you.

• Analysis and Insights – With an uncommonly good eye, you’ll create and examine analytical models to assess performance and strategy. Your insights will help shape tomorrow.

• Model Collaborator – In this role, you’ll conduct financial statement analysis, perform external benchmarking, and focus on driving value creation across our business. Our team is continually moving towards progress.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in a Business and/or Analytical Related field and extensive related work experience
• Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and detail orientation
• System/Technology Skills: Data Analytics & Visualization, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau
• Stakeholder management skills including expectation setting, education, conflict management, prioritization, etc.
