What You’ll Do
The Manager of Addiction Services in Elkhart will oversee operations of addictions programming in Elkhart County.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to addictions clinical teams on Elkhart and Goshen campuses
  • Develop and support the Elkhart Recovery Café
  • Partner with problem solving courts by providing clinical guidance
  • Build and maintain a cohesive team of clinicians, hiring and training of new team members as needed
  • Provide oversight of staff billing and clinical documentation
  • Manage and maintain the annual budget for all assigned departments.
  • Maintain and develop new relationships with community partners and organizations
  • Interaction with a variety of clinical staff, Oaklawn staff, community partners, clients, vendors, referral sources and visitors.
Requirements
  • Clinical license required (HSPP/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT), LCAC highly preferred
  • Management experience with a minimum of two years clinical experience highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of reflective supervision and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.
