Be a Part of the Ritello Distribution USA team as a Brand Ambassador! – Millington, TN.

Ritello Distribution is looking for Brand Ambassadors for our face-to-face promotions in Millington, TN. We are looking for YOU to be a part of our customer relations team!

Our brand ambassadors are the backbone of our business. They are responsible for providing solutions, answers, completing sales, solving problems, and getting people happily on their way. You'll also use your customer service and sales skills to help customers discover the products they need, and even help them complete the sale. Easy workday schedule of 10:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, with weekends optional.

What you will be doing

· Conducting one-on-one presentations for new and existing customers.

· Respond to questions relating to customer service inquiries.

· Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Resolve billing inquiries, perform account adjustments, and negotiate payment arrangements and deposit amounts.

· Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and bring positive energy and professionalism.

Do You Qualify

· Previous Customer Service/Sales/Server experience preferred.

· You’re at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

· Have flexibility in your schedule, which allows you to plan your day for maximum success.

· Have a naturally positive attitude with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Communication is the key to our business at all levels.

· MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
