Responsibilities

• Services general plumbing and basic electrical needs of the property to include replacing/fixing toilets, light switches, garbage disposals, ceiling fans,fence installations and Replace burned out light bulbs, broken globes, painting etc., in homes and throughout the exterior of the property, as needed.
• Completes a duties checklist to ensure homes are move-in ready
• Performs corrective maintenance and satisfies customers needs following company procedures when performing service requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
