The park at San Marino is seeking an experienced Full-time Make Ready Technician.

As a Make Ready Technician you will work with the Resident Service Director and other direct or indirect members to ensure the highest quality product is available for our future and current tenants.

• HVAC certification is Required
• Must have 1-year experience in an Apartment Community setting.
• Must have Electrical experience
• Plumbing knowledge
• Light Construction skills
• Experience with drywall installation and repair
• Able to install exterior fixtures and finishes
• Experienced installing interior items fans, blinds, and other renovation items for apartment units.
• Light painting may be required
• Will ensure quality finish of final units
• Will manage a clean and safe work area.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Work Order assignments and other duties as required
