The Judge Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Training Supervisor for a large food manufacturing company in the Savannah, MO area.
COMPENSATION:60k plus bonus (Relocation assistance for the right candidate)
SHIFT:First and second shift available
MUST HAVE:BS in a technical, engineering, management
MUST HAVE:3+ experience in a manufacturing industry (Some food manufacturing environment experience preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in a broad range of maintenance functions
- Provide training and support to the Maintenance department
- Teach flow of operations to incoming new hires in a food manufacturing environment
- Teach and reinforce proper techniques and best practices are followed for hand tools and power equipment, Welding including SMAW, GTAW, Electrical troubleshooting skills including 480v, 270v, 110v circuits, Control circuits 24vac and 24vdc including calibration settings 4-20ma signals)
- Research new processes to improve capabilities
- Research equipment and processes needed for new equipment
- Assist with safety trainings in the classroom and the plant
- Assist the training manager with Electrical, shops, Tool audits
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS in a technical, engineering, management, field
- 3+ experience in a manufacturing industry (Some food manufacturing environment experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
