Exciting opportunity to be part of our team! This position is responsible for the proper functioning of facilities, along with providing facility and power plant services. The role-holder will review and make recommendations on facility requirements and implement preventative maintenance needs.

Location:

Wilsonville, OR

Schedule:

Monday through Friday – 6am to 2:30pm with occasional overtime

Primary Functions:

  • Provide electrical, mechanical, and software maintenance services on equipment
  • Facilitate the configuration of supplies and equipment distribution, as well as returned products
  • Oversee the Solid Ink chemical plant and Jet Stack and Flex assembly processes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain specialized machinery and equipment that is used in fabrication, assembly, and delivery processes
  • Interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams to understand operation of various sophisticated equipment
  • Use a variety of test equipment to troubleshoot and repair problems and document repairs
  • May perform periodic inspections of such equipment and may requisition materials and supplies for equipment
  • Assemble and install mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment and systems such as production machinery/tools, conveyor systems
  • May perform non-certified welding and simple machining operations incidental to repair and maintenance tasks

Tools and Equipment Used can include the following:

  • PPE equipment (respirators, hearing protection, chemical suit, harness, arc flash garments)
  • Controlled environment garments
  • soldering equipment
  • various electrical measurement and control tools
  • computer and software diagnostic tools
  • battery maintenance equipment

Qualifications:

  • A 2-year Electro/Mechanical Technician Degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in maintaining electro-mechanical and hoist equipment and non-synchronous and belt drive roller conveyors
  • Good understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Experience working with schematics and part drawing
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work individually and as a Team member
  • Must have and maintain a current Oregon LME license.
