Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician
- Performing skilled work in one or more of the following areas: electrical, painting, plumbing, repair HVAC, landscaping
- Ability to resolve emergency situations; ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner
- Complete Work Orders as assigned
- Collaborate with maintenance manager to determine best course of action for required task
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician
- 5+ years' experience in maintenance
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and employees
- Clean driving record
- Ability to be on-call/work weekends, especially during prime season
- Ability to operate an iPad or laptop and work in online systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
