Salad and Go was founded in 2013 in Gilbert, Arizona. The company currently operates 75+ stores across Arizona, Texas and Oklahoma.

Our Food Production Maintenance Technicians are responsible for:

• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, including but not limited to appliance repairs, electrical, plumbing and miscellaneous repairs.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and comply with company standards.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance on all equipment and machinery within the plant, as noted in the equipment manufacturer's guidelines.
• Diagnose problems, dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts, following the specifications set forth in blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings.

Requirements

• Mechanical experience with food production equipment or appliances required
• Electrical experience is a plus
• Welding and fabricating experience preferred
• Working in a cold environment (35-40F degrees) for extended periods of time in warehouse.
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse.
• Ability to lift large bins (50-75 pounds) often, throughout every shift.
