The Inn at Harbor Shores is looking for friendly, self-motivated individuals with a professional-attitude, neat appearance, and a great personality to join our team.

Our maintenance staff is a crucial part of our team. The ideal candidate for the position will provide world-class customer service, all while multi-tasking and performing a variety of tasks.

Maintenance staff is responsible for the proper maintenance and upkeep of guest rooms, guest public areas, meeting rooms, restaurant, and tavern. Maintenance of company property may include and is not limited to:

• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations
• Respond to maintenance requests generated by staff members and guests in a timely manner
• Light Carpentry
• Light Plumbing
• Painting
• Replaces electrical accessories
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner
• Completes daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems
• Pool Maintenance & CPO License
• Chauffeur license is a plus
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability
