Job description
Coryer Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for local Plattsburgh clients. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience. Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, machinery, and systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make repairs as needed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is operating at peak efficiency.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and prioritize work based on urgency.
- Order and maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Participate in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
