We are a Mobile Home and RV communities management company. Our company is quickly growing as we are acquiring many new properties requiring professional management. A critical role for each property is the job of Maintenance Technician, and we currently have an opening at our Northern California manufactured home parks. This position has opportunity for advancement!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance Technician is primarily an outdoor position with daily duties including but not limited to the following:

• Grounds keeping
• Building and facility maintenance
• Landscaping
• Basic to intermediate plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Basic electrical maintenance and repairs
• Working with utilities such as sewer, water, electric, and propane
• Painting and carpentry
• Digging
• Janitorial tasks
• Golf cart operation
• Small engine and machine maintenance
• Customer Service
• Project Management
• Maintenance coordination
• Working with vendors
• Miscellaneous maintenance tasks

Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in a maintenance position or similar. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

• Must have reliable registered transportation.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
