• 
  Repairs existing machines and supports equipment as needed to keep production running.
• Performs routine maintenance on machines based on TPM practices.
• Orders replacement parts for all machines as needed and ensures level 1 parts are in stock for immediate needs.
• Assists with the creation and maintenance of preventative maintenance program.
• Assists the manufacturing engineers with setting up, modifying and disassembly of production lines.
• Supports all lines as requested by line leaders, supervisors, or managers to keep the lines running at full capability.
• Assist with the design and creation of custom equipment and assembly fixtures.
• Provides support to the facilities manager when requested.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of standard work.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics for trouble shooting equipment.
• Assist in layout, building and maintaining assembly lines and assembly cells.
• Assist in identifying and implementing new equipment.
• Assist in repair on production equipment as needed.

• 
  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and power tools
• Electrical/electronic knowledge; hands-on experience on various assembly lines
• Machine shop experience
• MS-Office Experience
• 1 + years’ experience on various assembly lines

• Should possess or be working toward one of the following or similar college degree or certificate programs ASEE, ASIE, ASME, or technical certificate.
