Established Property Management company is hiring immediately. Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Premiere Apartment Community in Rochester Hills, MI

The right candidate will possess a positive and professional image and be able to work with the community's team to achieve desired goals.

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the property management leadership team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Daily Maintenance of Community

· Service Requests

· Turning of vacant apartments

· Apartment Upgrades/Renovations

· Supervision and training of all Maintenance staff
