Job Description:
1 | SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for fixing and maintaining the basic needs of the building and property. Also responsible for cleaning,
stocking and supplying various areas of the dealership.
2 | MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning the dealership
- Removal of trash and excess garbage
- Basic grounds keeping
- Parking lot maintenance
- Maintaining the customer areas
- Snow removal
- Painting as needed
- Handyman skills required
- Attention to detail a must
- Drivers license required
3 | ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to our Service Manager. Able to support all other departments
as needed to support our customers experience and meeting their expectations.
