Sweet Lake is looking for a self motivated, organized, efficient, and time manageable employee. Your job will be to keep our restaurants running smoothly as it is vital to our guests’ experience. As Maintenance Representative you’ll keep everything looking sharp and running like clockwork. From simple repairs to forward-thinking for the next day. With naturally high standards to support our own, you’ll approach every task with devotion and pride. As a part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining various Sweet Lake properties, spanning from Salt Lake to American Fork. You will be responsible for providing general maintenance and upkeep at the facilities. Applicants must also be able to lift up to 50+ lbs. regularly. Full time Maintenance position available, this will be a set schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Sunday 3pm-10pm.

General Maintenance

Able to safely and properly operate hand tools such as drills, angle grinders, sanders, saws, etc.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow-up and complete work orders
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment per schedule or as needed
• Sand/refinish/maintain outdoor furniture
• Wall patching and painting
• Maintain outdoor fireplaces & benches, see that bolts and nuts are secure
• Ensure gates to trash areas open and close properly

Monthly Maintenance

Clean Compressors

• Walk in coolers
• Stand up freezers
• Freezer chef bases
• Gasket Maintenance: inspect for any tears
• Clean Fan blades
• Clean condenser and evaporator coils
• Light bulb replacement
• HVAC vent/ duct cleaning
• Clean oven fan blade and housing
• Inspect door hinges for signs of wear
• Check lubricants and apply as needed on mixers/slicers

Landscaping

Assist with landscape maintenance, weed spraying/removal, pest control, and trash/debris removal.

JANITORIAL

Ensures that company standards of appearance and cleanliness are met in offices, restrooms, exterior areas, hallways, driveways, etc. May do minor plumbing repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willing to work in all outdoor conditions/elements – rain, heat etc.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
