Overview:
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support our senior living community. This maintenance position is responsible for assisting in preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems, equipment and grounds keeping for the Senior Assisted Living community in Roseville, MN. Maintenance assistant will also help with cleaning in the building as needed.

Responsibilities/Job Description:
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for Maintenance Assistants with excellent benefits and wages starting from $18.65 - $24 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

This full-time repairs/grounds maintenance position includes the following :
- 80 hours in two weeks
- Day/Evening Shift Hours, with weekends as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Repairs and maintains work orders for residents' individual living apartment homes and community spaces
- Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal, and operating motorized grounds equipment
- Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment
- Apartment turnovers
- Cleaning as needed
- Trash maintenance
- One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
- Vocation/Technical training preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Desire to work with older adults
