We are currently seeking a Mailroom Clerk for our fast-paced Optical Lab located in York, PA. This is an excellent entry level opportunity to join our team!

Job Summary

This position is responsible for invoicing and shipping glasses manufactured at our facility.

Duties:

• Open and sort incoming packages per procedures.
• Prepare completed work for shipment prior to afternoon shipping deadline.
• Match invoices to orders, wrap them together, and sort orders by account.
• Order and maintain necessary supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
• A positive attitude and ability to work as a team
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to meet and maintain deadlines
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
