Job description

POSITION SUMMARY Blend industrial, metalworking and process oils, and package in drums and totes to meet company production schedules and customer needs. Learn and assist in plant procedures / operations. Inclusive of blending is logistical loading and offloading of bulk products.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Highly competitve wages starting at $22.00/hr.!
Blend and package products in quantity specified by manager
Unload and load trucks, transports, and trailers safely and according to the quality procedures
Pull / Process orders
Drive forklift to move/load/unload packaged containers
Operate and troubleshoot blending and fluid transfer systems.
Clean and maintain building and equipment
Inventory products and report low quantities to manager, be involved in establishing and maintaining inventory min/max
Follow all safety, quality and environmental procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
High school education, preferably industrial arts oriented
2 years experience in blending or lubricants operation
Above average scanning and mathematical abilities
HazMat and forklift certification
High mechanical aptitude
Follow instructions and safe operating procedures
Able to lift up to 40 lbs on an occasional basis
Able to operate forklift and power tools
Able to work overtime and Saturdays without much notice
Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driver policy requirements a plus
