The Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and RUI Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications include:
- Current license by the Florida Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
- Must have weekend availability.
