This position is responsible for:

• Planning and providing direct care to residents
• Plan, direct and carry out shift routines on assigned nursing units
• Provides individualized care to residents according to each resident’s care plan.
• Evaluates resident’s condition.
• Documents observations as necessary per resident’s health status and as mandated by federal and state requirements.
