LPN - Home Health + Hospice positions in VANCOUVER + LONGVIEW, WA!

Full-time/Part-time/Per-Diem

Hourly compensation is $23.50 - $38.06; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Summary: For Home Health use your nursing knowledge and skills to help patients remain in their home. For Hospice use your nursing skills/knowledge and compassion as patients prepare for the journey of their life.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Current LPN license in WA.
• Current BLS/AHA
• Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured to state regulations and is in good running order at all times.
