LPN Job Duties:

• Provide wound care
• Assist with client comfort
• Help coach clients and families with care as necessary

• Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
• Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Must have experience in geriatric care, work well with seniors with a compassionate, patient and understanding manner, and demonstrate a desire to serve individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementias
• Must maintain a positive and professional attitude and project a calm demeanor
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Bilingual welcome but not required
• Must be able to handle the physical requirements of the job including standing, sitting, bending, and moving and transferring clients (one-person or two-person assist), as well as physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required
