Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
Location: - Charlotte, NC
Hours Per Day : 8 hours
Shift: Days 3pm -11pm Unit Type/Specialty
Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living Required
Bonus: Sign-On is $10K & Relocation is $ 5K (upto)

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN:
Performs nursing care and assists with planning and implementing care for the comfort and well-being of the patient under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Essential Functions:

• Participates in patient assessments by determining nursing care needs based upon collection and interpretation of relevant data.
• Assists with development/revision of the plan of care by providing data and identifying potential goals and intervention for review by the RN.
• Communicates with the appropriate clinical staff on the status of a patient if a significant change has occurred.
• Organizes workload and prioritizes responsibilities to ensure quality patient care is delivered in a time efficient manner.

Skills for Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN:
Current LPN licensure or temporary license as a licensed practical nurse petitioner required.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required.

Requirements of Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN

At least 1 year of experience.

BLS from AHA

LPN License Required

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
