Overview:
Nursing schedule includes;
Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $29 - 37 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
- Additional pay when working evening/night shifts!
The
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be supporting patients in the transitional care unit and/or long term care community. The LPN will perform a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.
Nursing schedule includes;
- 56 hours in a two-week pay period
- Day Shift Hours; Typically 6:30am-3:00pm
- Every other weekend rotation/holidays

Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Provides professional nursing care
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
- Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
- One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
- Associates Degree
- Current MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers
