Facility Location - Verona, PA
BrightStar Care is looking to immediately hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for:
7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 11p-7:30am, Every other weekend and Holiday.

Pay Rate
- Licensed Practical Nurse/LPNs $31.00-$32.00 per hour *based on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care and the given facility standards.
- Provide patient care independently and manage your own patient caseload in an effective and efficient manner
- Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient's progress
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Current Nursing Licensure for the State of Pennsylvania * Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN
- Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, Act 73 clearances (we provide if necessary)
- BLS/CPR
- TB test and Physical
- Influenza and Covid-19 vaccination
