Unique LPN Position! - Part-Time Day Shift

Rose Villa’s In-Home Care Agency, Avencia Home Care by Rose Villa, is seeking a part time LPN to support residents two days a week.

This LPN will meet with new clients who wish to start up services and write initial service plans. The LPN will be a resource to the CNAs and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) serving clients, process medication order changes, and provide nursing services to our independent living residents as needed.

Most Avencia clients are on the Rose Villa campus at 13505 SE River Rd, Milwaukie so, at this time, this position does not require travelling in the community. That may change as Avencia continues to grow.

Hours for the position are 7:30am-4:00pm. Some flexibility is desired to address urgent needs that arise toward the end of the shift.

The right person for this position will be an excellent problem-solver, very self-motivated, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. At least one year of nursing experience is required and prior experience working with older adults and persons with dementia is preferred.
