As a
Loyalty Program
Representative, you will:
Shift:
3:30PM-12:00AM and 3:00PM-11:30PM
Pay: Starting at $15.50
Encourages customers to use the mychoice card, explaining the advantages of the card, as well as promoting the usage.- Helps coordinate mychoice promotions and assists with marketing promotions and special events as needed.
- Reports and completes documentation as requested.
- Maintains courteous and outgoing attitude with both in-house and public contacts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate degree a plus.
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service or related experience required; some supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong computer skills required; must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
