Logistics Coordinator

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintaining Carrier Relationships

· Carrier Dispatching

· Carrier Procurement

· Problem Resolution on the Carrier Side

· Pricing R&D and Negotiation

Data Integrity and Communication

· Perform Carrier Check Calls

· Populate Customer Update Platforms

· Translate Data from Carrier in TMS Accurately and Completely

Full-time position with salary, Profit Sharing, and benefits.

What your day could look like.

• Maintaining carrier relationships through inbound and outbound dispatching
• New carrier procurement and onboarding
• Problem resolution with vendors and customer
• Pricing research and carrier negotiations.
• Track and Trace
• Updating a variety of customer platforms and online portals
• Translate data from carriers into our Transport Management System

Here is what we need from you.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of how to use core Microsoft Office applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,500.00 - $37,000.00 per year
