Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is actively seeking an energetic, team-oriented professional to join our management team as the Lodge Coordinator in Mental Health Services. This position is now full-time, Monday - Friday, typically daytime hours with minimal on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities of the Lodge Coordinator include management and oversight of the Fairweather Lodge Program. Additional responsibilities include risk management and ensuring the health/safety/welfare of individuals we support.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will preferably have a Bachelor's Degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline such as but not limited to psychology, social work, nursing, or rehabilitation. Five years of work experience in the mental health field.- A well qualified candidate with an Associate's Degree and comparable work experience will also be considered.
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Valid PA Driver's License
- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
- Pre-employment Drug Screen
- PA Criminal History Clearance
- FBI Clearance (if the candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
