Job Description:
About the Role:
The Loader role at the Lancaster PA location provides support to the Warehouse team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Receives Load
- Completes the Trailer Inspection Report prior to loading the trailer
- Load pallets on trailer with forklift, use SAP for scanning pallet HUs into location
- Gathers packaging supplies and stages for production
- Loads palletizer with empty pallets
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
- Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
- The ability to work overtime and weekends
- High School, technical school education or equivalent
- Basic computer skills to input data
- Ability to have attention to detail and documentation
