Paint line Loader Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Loads/unloads materials and inspects the materials to ensure they meet quality standard
• Reviews materials for dirt, paint sags, and anything not meeting quality standards
• Cleans primer booths, sweeps floors
• Wraps paint sticks
• Sands material on the paint line
• Tacks off material on the paint line
• Unloads parts from basket on the paint line when needed
• Takes load bars down and switches them out as necessary
• Cleans load bars and replaces in appropriate areas once cleaned
• Drills holes in parts
• Cleans pots, compacts filters, primer and paint, label the drums accordingly using the appropriate labels and cuts off roll filter when needed
• Pours paint
• Cleans solvent spills.

Paint line Loader Qualifications:

• Must have experience on a chain driven line
• Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED): and one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to follow through on instructions and follow procedures; ability to lift heavy materials
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customer, clients and other employees of the organization.
