Staffing Firm is currently seeking line operators to fill openings with a industry company located in Hamptonville NC and Yadkinville NC.

Requirements of the Line Operator

* Good math skills

*Problem solving

*Team - oriented and selft-directed.

Responsibilities of the line Operator

*Ability to make proper machine settings based on product specifications.

*Read & follow manufacturing orders, control plans, SOP’s, safety requirements.

*Inspection of product going into and out of process.

*Support and maintain the world class manufacturing system (including 6S, Kaizan, waste, safety, SMED, Kanban, and mistake-proofing).

*Must be capable of lifting 50lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25lbs.

*Able to stand for majority of shift.

*Must be able to bend and stoop.

*Must be open to non-climate-controlled conditions with extreme heat in summer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
